Start the day with a generous buffet breakfast, served from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m., either indoors or on our sunny poolside terrace. Enjoy a selection of fresh local produce, including scrambled eggs, pastries, cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit, crêpes, pancakes, waffles and much more. At Capucines, we celebrate local flavors, with artisan jams from the Maison des Confitures de Gassin and Noaset spread, made in Sainte-Maxime.1

Nestled by the pool, our outdoor bar is the ideal place to enjoy a house cocktail or a quiet drink. Sit out on the sun terrace or relax in a deckchair in the heart of the garden. Open non-stop from 11am to 1am in season.

For a tasty break at any time of day, discover our selection of snacks and dishes prepared by a local caterer. An evolving menu, displayed on a slate, offers fresh, gourmet options, available from noon to 10pm.  A light and tasty offer, to be enjoyed on the terrace or by the pool.
